About Lisa
Lisa is an approachable, down-to-earth yogi with a strong athletic background. Her grounded, soulful classes often strike a balance between powering up and letting go, with subtle strength training exercises incorporated into a yogic framework. Her quiet reserve and dry sense of humor will have you simultaneously sweating it out in side planks and laughing at her wise cracks. As a proud mom of four and a long time soccer coach, Lisa has found that yoga brings a much-needed sense of inner peace into her high-energy lifestyle. She completed her 200 hour ΥΤT and Yin and Meditation Certification under Marlena Bruno at Mantra Yoga Studio.
